A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from February 2016 to October 201 of the same year, took the play of D middle school students in Jin-si C, destroyed the windows of D middle school music classes over a total of six occasions. On the ground that he was investigated by an investigation agency on the above facts, he thought that he was in mind at various places, including D middle school.
1. On March 10, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime at around March 10, 2017: (a) caused public danger by setting fire by using a disposable dog, which was in possession of one part of the newspaper of the rice Luxembourg market, brought from the base board on the same day at the F elementary school located in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, at around 20:58; and (b) burning waste collection within the waste collection box located therein.
2. On March 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime by setting fire to the public by attaching fire to a newspaper site located therein, which was in possession of the D middle school in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul on March 11, 2017.
3. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime at around March 12, 2017, and at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around 19:21, around the same day, caused public danger by setting fire by using a disposable dog in possession of one copy of a newspaper for rice Luxembourg market, which was brought from the home board on the same day, and by setting fire to remove waste therefrom.
4. On March 14, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime at around 15:50 on March 14, 2017: (a) caused public danger by setting fire by using a disposable dog in possession of a single strawter in a newspaper for the rice Luxembourg market, which was brought from the string on the same day, in a large forest in J Jin-si on the same day; and (b) setting fire to approximately 660 square meters in a large forest of large trees located on the floor at the said place and setting fire to approximately 660 square meters in that place.
5. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant was in possession of one copy of a rice Luxembourg market newspaper brought from the Gag-si, J in J on March 15, 2017, at around 12:45, at the time of J on March 15, 2017.
