A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Criminal facts

1. At night, around 06:00 on January 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) knew that the correction device of the said restaurant was defective; (b) opened a door by means of cutting back and cutting off the restaurant; and (c) opened a depository at the restaurant; and (d) took money worth KRW 1,300,000 for the victim’s possession, and stolen it.

2. On February 18, 2014, at around 18:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a H restaurant operated by the injured party G in Daegu Suwon-gu F, and opened an open door that was not corrected; (b) intruded into the said restaurant; and (c) cut off the said restaurant with approximately 46,800 won in cash owned by the injured party; and (d) one copy of the 46,800 won in cash card of the injured party and one copy of the community credit cooperative.

3. On February 9, 2014, the Defendant, at the convenience point operated by the Victim J in Daegu Suwon-gu, on February 19, 2014, presented tobacco 2: (a) as if the Defendant completed the stolen G’s physical credit cooperatives card as described in the above paragraph (2) and was a Defendant’s physical card, the Defendant purchased tobacco 2:

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he purchased tobacco.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, was informed of the victim or his employee who is unaware of the victim’s name, and immediately issued 2-A tobacco amounting to 4,200 won at the market price of the victim’s ownership from the victim or employee who is aware of his name.

In addition, the Defendant, from the above date and time to February 18, 2014, deceiving victims over 35 times, as stated in the annexed crime list, and received property worth KRW 663,700 in total from the victims.

4. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, at the time and place stated in the above paragraph (3), presented a e-mail card and signed it.
