A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, using an opportunity to buy multiple insurance in his own name, was sufficiently sufficient to be “lurgical treatment” or “lurgical treatment after long-term hospitalization,” but did not receive insurance money corresponding to the period of hospitalization.

The Defendant was hospitalized in the Dental members located in Gunsan City C on the ground of the booming certificate accompanied by a pelne during the period of 21 days from September 27, 2011 to October 17, 2011, and received medical treatment.

However, in fact, the disease suffered by the defendant was sufficiently able to be treated due to hospital treatment, and most of the contents of the treatment provided by the defendant during the period of hospitalization did not differ from hospital treatment.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who is the victim, received insurance money as shown in [Attachment Table 1] No. 1 from the above victims who did not know that most of the above hospitalization treatment was merely a common medical care because of the above hospital accident to the Eastyang Life Insurance Co., Ltd., lot damage insurance Co., Ltd., the Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd., the Korean Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and the Nonghyup Life

From July 13, 2012 to January 11, 2013, the Defendant received false or excessive hospitalization in the same manner as described in the attached list of crimes from around October 1, 2012, and acquired each of them, respectively, by receiving KRW 24,932,837, total insurance money from all seven companies, including the victim, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from around July 13, 2012 to around January 11, 2013.
