Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 19, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving BMW car at the section of about 2 km from around 11:10 to around 2 km in the middle-gu moving of the port at one’s port under the influence of alcohol level of 0.095% among blood transfusions.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BMW car.

On November 19, 2017, at around 11:10, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and led to the left-hand turn from the right-hand side of the port of port to the right-hand turn-hand.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving safely according to traffic signals to those engaged in driving service.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left while neglecting the signal, and led the victim C(57) driving to the Sung-si Hospital from the long distance on the left side of the arm's length line, to the left part of the Defendant's driver's car, and around that time the victim E(53) driving driven in the same direction as the above bus was allowed to take a rapid operation measure.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim C, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim G (V, 38 years of age) on the part of the above city bus, and injury to salt pans, tensions, etc. in the part of the shoulder that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E, such as light dynas, which requires approximately ten days of medical treatment.
