A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Nos. 4, 5 and 12 through 14, which have been seized by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesopha (tentatively called 'copon'; hereinafter referred to as 'copon') and marijuana as follows.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On March 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around March 20, 2018, around March 20, 2018, sent approximately 0.3g of oponon to D with express bus baggage from Incheon Michuhol-gu, to D; and (b) purchased and sold oponon by directly receiving KRW 300,000,000 from D with the same method; (c) around April 1, 2018, the Defendant sent approximately 0.3g of oponon to D with express bus baggage; and (d) sent 0.3g of opon to D with the price of opon to receive KRW 30,000,000 from D through direct receipt of opon from D with the same method.

B. On July 24, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I and J around the new wall, dilution with water, and injection with philophones.

C. At around 13:00 on July 24, 2018, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s residence, kept approximately 0.71g of phiphones in a transparent plastic bag, and possessed phiphones by keeping them in a single-use injection device containing about 0.2mpiced liquid dilutions.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) stored approximately 0.42g of marijuana in a transparent vinyl bag at the time and place specified in paragraph (3) of Article 1, and carried marijuana.

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, “2018 Highest 6677” means the name of psychotropic drugs as follows:
