Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the District Court on September 5, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 17, 2015.
