On May 31, 2018, the Defendant driven Dp-car with approximately 200 meters away from C dormitories located in SP on May 31, 2018 to SP-ro 7 at the same time and south-ro 7, Namsan Industrial Complex, at approximately 0.112% alcohol content during blood.
