[Criminal Justice] On February 1, 2019, Defendant B was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the Daegu District Court on June 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 9, 2019.

1. Defendant A

A. On March 2018, the Defendant purchased Handphones with approximately 500,000 won for the purchase price of psychotropic drugs from the Mesopha (i.e., the name “Handphone”; hereinafter referred to as “Handphones”) in the Daegu-gu C building D, Daegu-gu, and purchased Handphones with approximately 2g of Handphones.

B. On March 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones purchased from E in the Daegu-gu F building G, Daegu-gu one-time injection, and in a way of injection of philophones into his own arms by dilution with clograms.

C. On April 2, 2018, the Defendant received Handphones from the Defendant: (a) around 04:40 on April 2, 2018, issued and delivered approximately 0.03g of Handphones to B without compensation in a single-use injection machine at H in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and received Handphones.

On September 14, 2018, the Defendant received philophones on September 14, 2018: (a) around 10:00, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03g of philophones to B in a single-use injection machine located in Daegu-gu H on September 14, 2018, and received philophones without compensation.

2. Defendant B

A. On April 2, 2018, the Defendant received and administered philophones on April 2, 2018, and the Defendant received and administered 0.03g of philophones contained in a single-use injection machine from H in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, at around 04:40 on April 2, 2018, and received and administered philophones by means of injecting the said philophones from the guest room in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, at around 05:00 on the same day.

B. On September 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received and administered phiphones on September 14, 2018; (b) received and delivered approximately 0.03 g of phiphones contained in a single-use injection machine from A from Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, at around 10:00; and (c) received and delivered phiphones by means of dilution the said phiphones from the guest room in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 11:00 on the same day, by means of injecting them into his arms.
