Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car.

At around 14:10 on October 24, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car and proceeded along the two-lane road in front of the entrance of the master-pact tunnel at the Ansan city from the front side of the entrance of the open-dong city, along the two-lanes from the opening side of the open-dong city.
