Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2010, the Defendant was elected as a local council member by going to the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City “D” constituency (EF, G, and H) at the 5th nationwide local election implemented on June 2, 2010, and is currently working as the Vice-Speaker of Incheon I.

A local council member shall not make a contribution act to persons in the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations, facilities, or persons having relations with the electorate, or institutions, organizations, or facilities even if they are outside the constituency concerned.

Nevertheless, around 08:37 July 19, 2012, the Defendant provided six staff members of the L community service center located in the relevant constituency at K cafeteria operated by the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu JJ, Incheon, with food of 42,00 won.

In addition, the Defendant provided food equivalent to KRW 88,228 on nine occasions in total to employees working in the relevant constituency, such as the list of crimes, among around the above time to February 4, 2013.
