A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 900,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 28, 2018, the Defendant 112 reported that “A person who disturbs the State” in front of the branch office of the Namgu Daegu Metropolitan City (Seoul Metropolitan City), Nam-gu (Seoul Metropolitan City), the Defendant saw the victim E (46 years old), a police officer of the police box affiliated with the police station of the Southern-gu Police Station D who called out after receiving a report, and took a bath to the victim, such as “I Y, I am, I am, I am son, I am son, I am son, and I am son, I am son.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

A. On August 29, 2018, the Defendant found at the G Administrative Welfare Center located in Nam-gu, Daegu Metropolitan CityF around 11:00 on August 29, 2018, and demanded that the employees in charge of the crime be “the selection of a basic recipient” under the influence of alcohol, and demanded that the employees in charge of the crime be “the selection of a basic recipient.” The Defendant was sent to a customer with a cell phone in his/her hand, and was unable to avoid disturbance for about 1:30 minutes per hour and 30 minutes, such as “H weather gue,” etc.
