Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2014, at around 16:27, the Defendant driven a B rocketing taxi and tried to turn to the left at the seat of the vecck scocoon in high school, which is located in the extreme-dong broadcasting station located in Busan Shipping Daegu, and the said intersection has a vehicle and pedestrian signal, etc. In such a case, the Defendant had a duty of care to observe the signal and prevent the accident by driving the vehicle in good manner.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to turn to the left, and caused the victim C (the 40-year-old age) who dried the crosswalk between the Mababb and the extreme East Broadcasting Station in front of the left side of the said taxi, and caused the victim to suffer on the face of about four weeks of treatment.
