A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2015, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1500,000,000 by the Daegu District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on May 22, 2015, the same court issued a fine of KRW 4 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On August 28, 2020, at around 01:45, the Defendant driven B-low-scale car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 1.5km alcohol concentration of about 0.113% from the 1.5km section to the road near the waterside located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Daegu, Daegu, to the two roads in front of the opening of the G-gu, Daegu, the G-gu, Daegu, the G-dong.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
