Based on its stated reasoning, the lower court rejected the grounds of appeal as to mistake of facts on the grounds of its determination that the instant facts charged are recognized.

The grounds of appeal in this case are nothing more than disputing the fact-finding of the fact-finding court in accordance with the principle of free evaluation of evidence, and even if the grounds of appeal are examined in light of the evidence duly admitted, the court below did not err in its judgment below
