Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2014, at around 17:30, the Defendant: (a) on board a metropolitan bus B and was sitting in the right side of the victim C (V, 22 years old); (b) “I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am well off, I am well off, I am well off, I am. Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a densely concentrated place.

Where a conviction on a sex crime subject to registration becomes final and conclusive by taking into account the defendant's age, character and conduct, family environment, circumstances leading to a crime and circumstances after the crime, etc., the defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information under Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and thus, is obligated to submit personal information to a competent agency pursuant to Article 43 of the same Act.

In light of the Defendant’s age, occupation, risk of repeating a crime, motive, method, seriousness of the crime in this case, the degree and expected side effects of the Defendant’s disadvantage due to the disclosure order or notification order, the preventive effect and effect of the sexual crime subject to registration which may be achieved therefrom, and the effect of protecting the victims, etc., the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes shall be comprehensively taken into account.
