Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2014 Highest 1114" shall distribute, sell, rent, openly display, or distribute any obscene code, words, sound, image, or motion picture through an information and communications network, or distribute any information with the same content.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

On August 27, 2013, at the site of the Internet web site, access to the clinic called “H” and “I”, which was opened in his/her own name, at the site of the Internet web site: The posting number of the adult data bulletin board of the said site was posted to J under the title “I release data released in the form of heat loss during a period of three years, and I release data generated in the form of “I release data generated in the form of heat loss” and “I release one obscene video file in the form of sexual intercourse between men and women.”

Accordingly, the Defendant spreads obscene images through information and communication network.

No person of 2014 shall distribute, sell, lease, or openly exhibit obscene codes, letters, sound, images, or motion pictures to the public.

On September 30, 2013, the Defendant connected the Internet file sharing site K with Addi (L :M) of “L” [state] because of a flue var’s fly, the Defendant exposed a male and female picture with a strong collection value of 300 rare flus, which read that she would have been able to gird twice rice, and distributed to many unspecified persons the video images with a strong collection value of 300 rare flus.
