A and B Imprisonment for one year, Defendant C and D, respectively, shall be punished by imprisonment for 10 months, and Defendant E shall be punished by a fine of 5,00.

Criminal facts

Defendant

A, around May 17, 2007, entered G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”), a victimized company, and went to work as the head of the set group on or around September 30, 2013. Defendant B entered the said G on or around May 1, 2012 and retired from the market on or around February 8, 2013, while serving as the head of the group related to the purchase of goods. Defendant C joined the said G on or around April 25, 2010 and retired from the market on or around August 23, 2013. Defendant D moved to the semiconductor on or around March 13, 2008 for the purpose of semiconductoring equipment and hub equipment established on or around March 13, 2008, Defendant C was a person who retired from the market on or around 2013, and was established on or around March 13, 2013.

1. Around September 30, 2013, Defendant A transferred “C1-16DS-A01-0014-00,” which is a work of G, to a mobile storage device owned by the Defendant, and kept “C1-16DS-01-014-00,” which was kept and managed in the outer hard disks in relation to his duties.

Due to frequent nights, the Defendant was aware of the complaints of treatment in the company and withdrawn from G at the same time. In such a case, the Defendant has a duty to delete the above files, etc., which are major business assets acquired in the performance of duties stored in his/her mobile storage device, such as a trade secret protection pledge, and not to take them out to the competitor company or use them for the competitor company.

Nevertheless, the Defendant cited the aforementioned mobile storage device that contains the same file as the attached list I, and entered the E in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J building B Dong 906 around November 1, 2013, and around that time, used the aforementioned file by copying it to the database computer and Nowon-gu computer.
