Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, and the relevant legal principles, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and rejected the Defendant’s defense or the assertion of justifiable acts. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the defense of a political party or legitimate act, etc., as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
