Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2013, around 19:45, the Defendant driven a BNS car from the shooting distance in front of the Seogju post office in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and tried to make a right-hand turn by driving the BNS car, depending on the two-lanes of letter, at approximately 10 kilometers from the 2-lanes of the regular 2-dong office to the salt injection distance.

Since there is a crosswalk where a signal, etc. is installed, it was confirmed whether a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive according to the new subparagraph after checking whether he/she is a person to reduce the speed and to see well the right and the right of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went beyond the ground by negligence in the course of duty, disregarding that the vehicle driving signal is a stop signal, and the victim C(48 years of age) cannot be considered as unfolding depending on the signal for pedestrians at time. The Defendant’s front part of the above car driving by driving the vehicle, resulting in a part of the victim’s right bridge.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from an injury to the victim, such as a wound, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, due to such occupational negligence.
