1. Violation of the Labor Standards Act [2013 high-level 210] The Defendant is the actual manager of D, who is located in C, Young-si, Inc., Ltd., and engaged in the manufacturing industry using 20 full-time workers.

The Defendant worked from December 30, 2009 at the above workplace, and was employed on May 1, 2010 by the victim E, a retired employee, on May 1, 2010, and did not pay the total of KRW 16,832,880 as well as KRW 16,880,00,00 for nine victims, a retired employee, at the above workplace, within 14 days from the date of retirement, which is the date of occurrence of the cause for payment, without any agreement between the parties

Around October 23, 2012, the Defendant driven a F knife car in the direction of alcohol 0.091% under the influence of alcohol from the section of about 1k to the front road of the Gyeongcheon-dong, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, in around 23:09, the Defendant driven a Fknife car in the direction of alcohol 0.091% under the influence of alcohol.
