A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on November 26, 201, and on October 23, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime at the same court.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
