1. Measures taken by the Defendant against the Plaintiff on August 1, 2016 (1) in writing with respect to the victim student, (2) transfer, and (3) special education.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff and E are students admitted to D Middle Schools in Ulsan-gu F (hereinafter “D Middle Schools”) in March 2014 and were enrolled in March 8, 2016.
B. Six (6) students, including the Plaintiff, committed assault, verbal abuse, intimidation, etc. to E on a continuous basis. From May to June 2016, the Plaintiff assaulted E, such as: (a) around May 2016 to the third floor toilets of D Middle School, that the part of the son’s breast part of the son was drinking once a week; and (b) that the part of the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son
(hereinafter “instant assault, etc.”) C.
D. On July 28, 2016, the Autonomous Committee on Countermeasures against School Violence (hereinafter “the instant autonomous committee”) held a meeting of the 6th autonomous committee on the instant assault, etc. on the agenda, pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against School Violence (hereinafter “School Violence Prevention Act”), and decided to request the Plaintiff to take measures to pay the Plaintiff expenses incurred in relation to E’s psychological counseling and advice, temporary protection, treatment and treatment pursuant to Article 16(6) of the same Act (hereinafter “instant resolution”).
Accordingly, on August 1, 2016, the Defendant, with the cause of the instant assault, etc., as the cause of the determination, takes measures to bear the Plaintiff’s care of ① written apologys to E, ② transfer to E, ③ special education for five hours (i.e., five hours of completion of the instant disposition) and ④ special education for the Plaintiff’s guardian ④ five hours of completion of the instant special education for the guardian’s guardian’s guardian, ⑤ psychological counseling and advice of E, temporary detention, and expenses incurred in medical care for treatment and treatment.
