Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Incheon District Court.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 02:0 on December 17, 2019, driven a vehicle B Potez in the section of about 80 km from the road on which it is impossible to find out not more than 0.104% of the voice group of Chungcheongbuk-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeonggi-do to the point of 14.2km in Incheon direction of the members of Ansan-gu, Ansan-dong Highway.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
