Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the “C” restaurant located in Heak-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties, including, but not limited to, taking advantage of the manner in which the police officer slope E, who belongs to the D District Unit of the Cheongju Police Station, sent to the said restaurant, takes protective measures for the junisher, which was written in the said restaurant; and (c) the above E, “C satching, satching, satching,” and assaults the chest of the above E on one occasion.
