Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the 507 Dong-dong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the victim D shall be the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives of the above C Apartment.

On January 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from 876 households in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul, to 876 to December 23, 2013, submitted the consent of non-Confidence of the Chairperson "(6): 6: October 20, 2012; (b) 5:00,000 won for the denied cost due to holding the sports competition; and (c) 5:0,000 won for the above 4:5:00 won for the above 50-year meeting, the Defendant provided the above 4:00 won for deliberation by the 50-year meeting; (d) 5:10:00,000 won for the above 40-year meeting; (c) 5:00,000 won for the above 4:5,000 won for the apartment house; and (d) 5,000,000 won for the above 3-year meeting, the Defendant provided the above 40-year's meeting to the above 205.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
