A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall engage in any conduct, such as arranging sexual traffic.

On October 1, 2016, from around March 1, 2017 to around March 2017, the Defendant provided 10 room in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C” and 10,000 female employees, including D, with a shower room, etc., and directed many unspecified customers to a room established in the business place after receiving 80,000 won per hour sexual traffic price from 80,000 to 120,000 won, thereby allowing female employees to engage in similar acts against customers, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
