Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2018, at around 01:18, the Defendant, at the C District located in the Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the police officer’s complaint regarding the handling of the case.

The Defendant continued to take a bath without hearing the police officer's desire to return home even though the police officer on duty of the said patrol group recommended him to go home, and followed by the police officer D's behind other 112 who was assigned to the said patrol group, and attempted to put the above police officer's body in front of the patrol group, prevent him from opening the door, and prevented him from opening the door of the patrol group. In order to avoid the above act of the Defendant, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant's sound, such as "the police officer and the police officer, who were assigned to go to go to the patrol group," which was put to the front front of the said patrol group, and "the police officer go to go to the patrol group," which was put to the front of the said patrol group and interfered with its proceeding.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers who perform legitimate duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes and interfered with them.
