Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2007 to February 28, 2009, the Defendant, as a public educational official, worked as a teacher in charge of the axis department at the Busan D secondary school, paid food expenses by credit card to a D secondary school juristic person even though he did not have provided meals at a restaurant operated by his parents. The Defendant, after receiving cash equivalent to the settlement amount from the above parents, proposed a false official document stating that it is necessary to raise funds necessary for the operation of the D secondary school axis department. After having received food expenses to be used for the axis department training, the Defendant received the credit card from the above parents, and received the approval of the assistant principal and the principal, and received the credit card from the school juristic person with the above intent to use it as above.

1. On December 15, 2008, the Defendant drafted a false official document without any intention to spend KRW 3,600,000 at the D Middle School Office located in Suwon-gu, Busan, with the food costs of teachers and players, using the Defendant’s computer for the purpose of obtaining credit cards from school juristic persons necessary to pay the above food costs, the Defendant drafted an official document stating that “The expenses: : - 5,000 won x 20 x 3 x 12 days x 36,000 won x 12 days x 3,600 won x 12 days x 12 days x , with the approval of the assistant principal F and the principal G, thereby printing out the official document in the name of the D Middle School under the name of the school juristic person.

2. On the same date and time as indicated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant submitted to the budget officer who was unaware of the fact that a false internal resolution document was prepared at the above D Middle School Administrative Office, as mentioned above, and exercised it.
