Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2016, at around 22:50, the Defendant collected food knife (33 cm in total and 20.5 cm in length), which is a dangerous object in the kitchen, without any justifiable reason, at the Defendant’s residence located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and brought knife to the Defendant D, who is the wife, and “the knife of this knife,” and “the knife of this knife,” and the Defendant expressed a knife by getting the victim into the room for damage.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
