Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2013, at around 21:15, the Defendant used the victim C(the age of 47) who was participating in a candlelight assembly related to the NIS while drunking on the street in front of the Seoul Station, which is located in 122, on August 31, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim C(the age of 47) on the face of the victim two times in drinking, twice in twice, and once in a way, and once in a way that the victim’s left bridge was walking.
