1. Defendant A
가. 감금 (1) 2018. 9. 21.경 범행 피고인은 2018. 9. 21. 06:00경 안양시 만안구 E에서 피해자 F(여, 14세)가 피고인의 돈을 절취하였다고 주장하며 피해자에게 “씨발 년아! 쥐 좆만한 년이 미쳤냐 네가 뭔데 내 돈 250만 원을 갖고 튀어.”라고 욕설을 하고 라이터를 쥔 손으로 피해자의 어깨와 머리를 때리고 “경찰서 갈래 돈 갖고 올래 네가 폰으로 조건만남 잡고 오늘 12시 안에 돈 맞춰와!”라고 협박하였다.
The Defendant, at around 09:05 on September 21, 2018, sent the victims to the victim G (the 14 years of age) who was frighten and drinking, forced the victims to engage in sexual traffic, and forced the victim F to bring money by committing sexual traffic.
