The plaintiff is a housing reconstruction project association aimed at implementing a housing reconstruction project by making the total area of 246,208.3m2 as the 234,344.9m2 of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, D, E, and F G apartment and H G apartment 11,863m2 as an improvement zone.

The defendant is the owner of land, etc. of the real estate listed in the attached list in I apartment (hereinafter referred to as “instant real estate”).

The Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Promotion Committee for Housing Reconstruction Improvement Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Committee of this case"), which is the Plaintiff’s transfer of I apartment, filed an application for approval for establishment of the Promotion Committee with the head of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the "head of Gangdong-gu") for housing reconstruction project for the purpose of implementing housing reconstruction project with respect to G apartment consisting of 71 apartments and 7 ancillary
