A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “E” to process and sell domestic beauty products from Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

1. The name, standard, quantity and price of the goods concerned, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of a customs office when he/she intends to import, export or return sealed goods;

On February 10, 2012, the Defendant exported at the Incheon port located in Jung-gu Incheon Port 7, Jung-gu, Incheon, without filing a report with the head of the customs office, the amount of KRW 53,928,596 of the cost of the goods at the cost of the goods (the total weight, 2,049km, 30cm wide, 30cm long, 30cm high).

Until March 22, 2016, the Defendant exported iron plates (string off, total weight 14,936km, width 30 cm, length 30 cm, length 30 cm, length 30 cm) equivalent to KRW 361,761,241 of the cost of the goods by the same method in total 10 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached sheet of crimes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the Incheon Customs office around July 18, 201, filed an import declaration (report number F) of 600 cosmetics from the Chinese ZOGBG COTD, and as if the actual price was 5,886 US$3,90,00, the Defendant evaded customs duties of 170,130 won for the difference of 1,986 US$ ( Won 2,126,625), from that time until May 30, 2016, and evaded customs duties of 170,130 won for 1,986 US dollars ( Won 2,608,628,625 US dollars) by reporting as if the actual price was 3,278,245 US$2,608,071.
