Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who operates a "Dking practice room" in Ansan-si, Ansan-si C.

No one who runs a singing practice room shall provide or sell alcoholic beverages to any customer in a singing practice room for profit, or arrange any customer to provide a customer with singing or dance with a entertainment loan.

1. On May 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a demand from the instant singing practice room from customers E and F to give a good will; and (b) made two persons, who have a bad will with his name, participate in drinking with the customer and engage in singing with the customer, and arranged for an entertainment loan.

2. The Defendant sold an aggregate of KRW 230,00,00 to E and F, a customer, at the time and place prescribed in paragraph 1(1).

Summary of Evidence

1. The defendant asserts that the defendant's partial statement in court and his defense counsel did not allow the defendant to provide entertainment to customers.

The following circumstances acknowledged by the following evidence, i.e., in this court: (a) F, the customer of the singing practice room in the holding, made a statement to the effect that the situation of the said singing practice room would not be properly memory under the overall influence of alcohol at the time; (b) however, in the above singing practice room, it is recognized that there was another woman other than the defendant in the above singing practice room; and (c) stated that there was a hostile letter to the effect that two female female workers drink in the above singing practice room in exchange with the police officer immediately after the crime was committed, and (b) in this court, E, the customer, also stated that there was no overall memory by drinking at the time, but in fact, his spouse stated in the singing practice room that he was found in the above singing practice room and stated in the police officer who called at the scene of the wind with the Defendant’s excessive drinking value.
