A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2018, at around 16:50, the Defendant, at around 4726, was dissatisfied with another person at the entrance door of the apartment complex of the Peace-gu, Mansan-ro, 16:50, the Defendant, at around 17:50, sustained the victim’s face by using the metal stick (the length of 85cm), which is a dangerous object in which the Defendant was in his/her possession, and caused the victim’s injury, such as the upper part (1x7cm) of the left part (the left part) which requires two weeks medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

However, there are extenuating circumstances such as the fact that the defendant's mistake is recognized and reflected, the degree of injury of the victim is not severe, and the injured person is not punished by the defendant.

In consideration of the above circumstances, the amount of punishment shall be mitigated, and the punishment shall be determined in the same manner as the order, taking into account all the circumstances that conditions for sentencing, such as the age, sex, environment, and health of the defendant.
