A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2014, the Defendant was born from the Daegu Probation Office to the violation of the Probation, etc. Act, and the victim C (V, 21 years of age) was the challenge.

1. 2.
