Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From June 29, 201 to June 29, 2021, the Plaintiff entered into a comprehensive insurance contract (including a special agreement, etc. on the liability for fire goods; hereinafter referred to as “instant insurance contract”) with B, with the insurance coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage as one unit of 1,40 square meters and 140 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “instant C-dong building”) of the steel framed C-dong warehouse building located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “instant warehouse building”) and inventory assets and facilities, with the insurance coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage coverage as one unit of 50 million won, inventory assets, 30 million won, and 50 million won of facilities.
B. The instant warehouse building was occupied by other “G”, “H”, “I”, and “J,” etc.
C. On May 24, 2014, around 18:54, a fire occurred within the instant Ddong building, both of the instant Cdong building and the instant warehouse building, and inventory assets and facilities inside the said building were relocated.

Under the instant insurance contract, the Plaintiff paid KRW 49,421,439, to D on December 30, 2014, KRW 150,000,000 to B, August 13, 2014, KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won and KRW 399,421,439.

2. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. (1) The Plaintiff’s assertion (1) did not reveal the specific cause of the instant fire, but at the time of the instant fire, inflammable gas containers, such as butane gas, direction agents, shock agents, and gas bags, were stored in approximately approximately 25,00 cans, and the said gas containers generated a chain of explosion and nearby Cdong factories, etc.
