A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant purchased a vehicle through a vehicle-to-vehicle dispatch contract with a name-to-faced person, and has the intent to sell it and divide the price.

On February 10, 2014, the Defendant agreed to obtain a loan of KRW 27,770,000,000 from the victim Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. (the transferee EP SPS Co., Ltd.) and the 60-month equal method of repayment of the principal and interest of KRW 2,8,800,000,000 in the middle of Hyundai Motor at the point of Busan Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si, Seoul, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 28,80,00,00,000 in the market value, and the same year.

2. On November 1, 200, a mortgage was created on the bond value at KRW 277 million on the rocketing Habrid vehicle, the mortgagee’s “Mo Capital Co., Ltd.”, the mortgagee, and the debtor’s “A”.

Nevertheless, on February 2014, the Defendant, along with his name influor, sold the vehicle after taking over the middle rocketing Habrid vehicle, thereby making it difficult to discover the location of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the victim's name in order to avoid exercising his right by concealing rocketing vehicles which are the object of the victim's right.
