1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 141,66,672 as well as 25% per annum from June 20, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. Claim on September 2, 2014: (a) a loan of KRW 100,000,000 on September 2, 2014; and (b) a claim for damages for delay calculated by an agreement of 25% per annum;

2. Articles 208(3)3 and 150(3) and (1)(i) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts stipulate only the content that the Defendant wishes to dispute and mediate the method of repayment of the amount loaned from the Plaintiff in the reply submitted on July 9, 2016, and did not clearly dispute the claim for payment of the loan as stated in the purport of the claim, and did not appear on the date of each pleading on September 7, 2016 and September 28, 2016.
