The defendant 176, "2017 high-level 176" is a person who operates high water statues in South-gu, South-gu, and C.

No person shall violate an order to take measures against wastes issued by a management agency.

Nevertheless, on April 5, 2016, the Defendant was issued a notice of accusation and administrative disposition (measures) due to the violation of the Waste Management Act under the name of the astronomical City Mayor to properly dispose of wastes stored on the water in the second place without obtaining permission, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Gongju-si around April 5, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the order to take measures in the astronomical market.

Defendant 1, "2017 Highest 1085," is a person who renders secondhand prizes in South-gu, South-gu, Seoul.

No person shall violate an order issued by the competent administrative agency to take measures concerning the recovery, etc. of wastes.

Nevertheless, on October 6, 2016, the Defendant was issued a notice of accusation and administrative disposition (the second order of disposition) due to the violation of the Waste Management Act under the name of the astronomical City Mayor to properly dispose of wastes stored on the water in the second place without obtaining permission, at the Defendant’s residence located in Da, Sinju-si around February 6, 2016. However, the Defendant failed to comply with it even if he received a notice of accusation and administrative disposition (the second order of disposition).

Accordingly, the defendant violated the order to take measures in the astronomical market.
