A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 807] On July 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (damage to a group, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court (hereinafter referred to as the "Sacheon District Court") and completed the execution of the sentence at the original prison on April 15, 2017.

On June 22, 2017, the Defendant damaged goods for official use by an incidental public office so that the 70,000 won of repair expenses, etc. is set up on the ground that he/she was waiting for himself/herself separately in the air room, not in the court room, at the Gangseo-si Branch B office located in Chuncheon District Court in 3288-18, the Defendant: (a) was damaged by the wall installed on the gate cover and the wall inside the room on the ground that he/she was waiting for the air room, not in the court room; and (b) was removed; and (c) was laid down on the floor; and (d) was damaged by the equipment used by the incidental public office.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, at the time, place, and at the time, place specified in paragraph 1, and assaulted the Defendant by using locking and ropes in order to prevent the Defendant from being disturbed, and by walking the bucks of teachers C affiliated to the Defendant and C who want to take the Defendant at the time, at one time, by sucking down bucks.

As a result, the defendant interfered with prison officers' legitimate execution of duties on prisoners' guidance, treatment and safe guard.

[20] On July 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (damage to a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court (hereinafter “Skcheon District Court”) and completed the execution of the sentence at the original prison on April 15, 2017.

At around 09:10 on July 13, 2017, the Defendant assaulted F’s left side buckbucks by walking the front left part of the buckbucks, with the instruction of the Defendant to move the f from Gangnam Prison E and from F, a teacher to whom he belongs, when he was seated to appear in the court at the entrance and exit room of the above prison on July 13, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of prison officers' duties on confinement and execution of punishment of prisoners.
