A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. At around 11:00 on September 8, 2015, the first indecent act Defendant was committed by the victim’s left side buckbucks in the D restaurant located in Osan-si, in order to compel the said restaurant employee E (n.e., 49 years of age) to commit an indecent act, with the victim’s arms, and with the victim’s arms, “a person drinks and drinks the same beverage”, and the victim’s left side buckbucks were taken by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim.

나. 2차 강제 추행 피고인은 2015. 9. 8. 12:40 경 위 가항 기재 식당에 다시 찾아가 위 피해자 E를 강제 추행할 마음을 먹고, 홀 내에 있는 싱크대에서 설거지를 하고 있던 피해자의 뒤로 다가가 엉덩이를 손으로 1회 툭 치면서 “ 순대 사 왔어,

The victim referred to as "for food," and the victim is required to commit this indecent act.

사진 찍어서 올릴 거에요 ”라고 말하자 “ 해 봐, 해봐 ”라고 하면서 다시 피해자의 엉덩이를 1회 툭 쳤다.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim.

2. Special intimidation: (a) on the ground that the date and time indicated in Section 1-b, and at the place, the Defendant: (b) led the victim E to the outside of the restaurant; (b) led the victim E by the said victim; and (c) led the victim E, the Defendant threatened the victim, who was placed in the restaurant cremation, which is a dangerous object, of approximately 20cm in diameter, with the victim’s bath.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. From September 8, 2015 to 13:00 on September 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was drunk at a victim F (n, 49 years of age) located in the location set forth in the paragraph (a) of Section 1; (b) entered a room in which other customers are located four times or more without any special reason; and (c) “gas access is located;

It interferes with the order of the disturbance by putting the voice "to throw away a stone, to kill it," and by taking a bath in a large voice in a man, etc., and by taking out customers who have come to the room.
