Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:25 on November 24, 2013, the Defendant was able to go home from the slope E and slopeF belonging to the old American Police Station Dox, which was called up after receiving a report, and tried to go home from the above F. The Defendant stated, “I see why the stick of the public is uneasyed, dominated, and I am home,” and, at the right hand, I am f. at one time at the right drinking, and am f. at a G restaurant located 200 meters away from the above F. It was called “I see that I am to go home again and am home again from the above F. I want to go home again.”

After all, the Defendant assaulted F and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention of crime and maintenance of order of F, a police officer.
