A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 23, 2018, around 07:10 on November 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) came into the building E, which is a dormitory for female students in the C University D Life Center, which is managed by the victims’ name in Busan-si B; (b) and (c) went into the building E through a window not corrected to take the body of female students at shower time.

2. They shall not photograph the body of another person against his/her will, using machinery and equipment having a similar function, such as a camera, etc. against the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame;

A. On November 23, 2018, at around 07:14, the Defendant attempted to photograph the Defendant’s cell phone in a shower room in order to take the body of the Victim F (F) who is shower, in order to take the body of the Victim F (F) in the shower room, but failed to take the body of the Defendant’s cell phone in a crepan, but failed to take the body by inserting the Defendant’s cell phone in a cresh.

B. On November 23, 2018, around 07:21, the Defendant taken video images of the Victim G (Woo, name, and age 19) who was shower in the manner of paragraph (a) of Article 2 in the joint shower box of the fourth floor of the above E building, and in the same manner as paragraph (a) of Article 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken or attempted the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.
