Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle loaded in B, C, and C, cargo.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found the victim C (the age of 51) who was crossing the road beyond the crosswalk from the right side of the direction of the proceeding due to negligence of neglecting the duty of Jeonju City, and caused the victim to go beyond the front part of the vehicle driving by the Defendant.

Ultimately, at around 09:38 of the same day, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the scarcity damage at the E Hospital located in Pakistan-si, Pakistan-si.
