Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, the defendant was a volunteer of D who was married to the election of the head of the Busan Metropolitan City, which was implemented on June 4, 201.

On the ground that the Defendant received text messages that slander the said D from F, a candidate for the head of C/Gu E/U, and tried to inform the Defendant of the suspicions of illegal political funds against the said F by means of automatic broadcast communication using the contact numbers of the electorate electorates, which the Defendant possessed, to be disadvantageous to the said F.

Tax (income tax, property tax, and comprehensive real estate holding tax) for the last five years is irrelevant to “the payment of taxes,” and illegal funds to the press.
