Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on March 13, 2018, operated a 312 km-purd motor vehicle from the road front of the dwelling of the Defendant located in Yongsan-si E, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, to the front road of the apartment house, from approximately 30km to the front road of the apartment house.
