Plaintiff
(1) Defendant A Co., Ltd., Simstroethyl, and Simstropha Co., Ltd.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) The status of the parties concerned is that of the companies that perform the steel spawal Construction of the Mawalk, the Mawalk (hereinafter “Plaintiffs Mawalk, the Mawalk-An”) and the Mawalk
(2) Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) is a company whose main business is the processing of steel products, and Defendant A’s representative director is C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”)’s representative director who engages in steel products wholesale and retail business, distribution business, etc., and operated the said two companies simultaneously.
(3) The Defendant Kuspethyl Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Kuspethyl”) is a company that engages in steel products wholesale and retail business.
(4) Defendant SPA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant SPA”) is the subsidiary of Defendant Pluxan as the company engaged in steel materials export and import business, wholesale and retail business, etc., and its trade name was changed to NAP Co., Ltd. on May 7, 2013.
(5) The Defendant Gowon Steel Industry Co., Ltd., Doelethyl, and Renew Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Gowon Steel Co., Ltd.”) are companies engaged in retail business of steel products. The trade name of Defendant Gowon Steel Co., Ltd. was luminous from June 19, 2013.
B. The contract for the supply of the steel products between the Plaintiffs and A was subcontracted to the steel industry among the construction works of apartment buildings in the area D zone of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter the “Seoul Land and Housing Corporation”), and the steel industry among the “E road expansion construction works” by the Namjin Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Seoul River Construction”), respectively.
(2) The Plaintiffs provided the main contractor with the steel bars to the main contractor, and again the main contractor provided the Plaintiffs with the steel bars and the Plaintiffs completed construction works using the said steel bars, and then paid the construction cost from the main contractor. The Plaintiffs are the steel bars.
