Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon branch on November 20, 2015. On December 3, 2015, the judgment became final and conclusive on December 3, 2015, and the parole period expired on April 29, 2016 among the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal facts] On May 14, 2016, the Defendant driven B cargo vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 1km from the front side of the Mat-ro, 191, the Mat-ro, Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front side of the Mat-ro, 191, to the front side of the Mat-ro, 422.
