The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 01:01 on February 17, 2020, the Defendant sent text messages to F of the “E” organization where the victim D is working in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and C, and thereby openly revealing facts, thereby impairing the reputation of the victim.

2. Crimes of non-prosecution for judgment: Judgment dismissing an application for non-prosecution for punishment which the complainant does not want the punishment on August 5, 2020 after the prosecution is instituted under Articles 307(1) and 312(2) of the Criminal Act: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
